I don't really get tattoos and odd-placed piercings to begin with (they're permanent, people, hello? Are you REALLY going to want that crap all over yourself when you're at a job interview, or meeting your potential inlaws, or when you're hanging out with your grandkids one day?) but who the eff chooses a freaking SCARY CLOWN tat???? Oh my God.
