I'll never forget the day I first saw him. We were driving home from Golden and Kathy said "Why don't you go this way?" We headed down a street I had never been on and found ourselves driving by a little strip mall. Then Kathy says "Turn in here a minute." Now my spidey senses are on alert, and sure enough, we wind up parking in front of a pet store. Kathy had been out in Golden a couple of days before and had found Hootie sitting in a cage looking so lonely. When we walked in, there was a sad little puppy up high in his own cage, with a sign that had 2 different prices crossed out and the third was pretty low. He had been taken and then returned to the pet store. I knew right then that we were heading home with another dog, I had been suckered! I still wasn't quite over the loss of our Golden Retriever, but I never do seem to get over the loss of a pet. Kathy knows that I need a replacement though, and seeing as we always have dogs in pairs, our
Whatever happened to just having a dog?
ReplyDeleteIt's plump and looks like it'd make for a fan-fucking-tastic hamburger, that's what it is!
ReplyDeleteForget what they're called but it's the largest rodent.
ReplyDeleteI dunno what it is.. but I WANT one!
ReplyDeleteI don't know why, but this reminds me of that lady feeding the giant alligator in "Lake Placid". (shivers)
ReplyDeleteOh look, my next fur coat!
ReplyDeleteWell, I have a guinea pig and in the process, I saw a picture of the world's largest part of the rodent family and I believe that is a Capybara.
ReplyDeleteI want one, lol. Not.
I totally thought that was computer generated until it stood up! Is it....ummmm.... half rabbit and half pig?.... A rig?... I dunno.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, there's an award for you on my blog. Enjoy!
Cool - Capabyra.
ReplyDeletelike a guinea pig's revenge!
Like a gerbil from Chernobyl.
ReplyDeleteNot only did it eat her popsicle, he looked down on her for only having a lime popsicle and not a grape one. Damn judgemental capybaras and their superior airs.
ReplyDeleteThat IS really weird because as kirby alluded, everyone knows capybaras prefer grape. I'm shocked.
ReplyDeleteGaaaaaah! That thing is freaking me out!
ReplyDeleteIt's a capybara native to South America. And believe it or not, it's a rodent.
ReplyDelete"WTF is that!?" you ask.
ReplyDeleteIt's obvious. Its a sad lonely old lady. But the animal? I got no fucking idea!
lol
WOW, that is one BIG Hamster!
ReplyDeleteoh sweet jesus in heaven. I smell DINNER.
ReplyDeleteIf my kid sees that she's going to want one.
ReplyDeleteI must have one of these.
ReplyDeleteMUST.
HAVE!!!!!!
Two things about this video:
ReplyDelete1. My cat does the same damned thing with his paw, so I found the rodent kind of cute, in a docile, feed me sort of way.
2. I want to do a remake of the third film in the Lord of The Rings Trilogy - the big epic battle with the giant elephants - only I want to use hamsters, Capybara's, and GI Joe dolls.
Thanks for the inspiration.
