Uhm, did your mother have a crush on Chi Chi Rodriguez? I can think of no other reason to put a hat like that on a little kid. My god, how you must have suffered. :)

  5. Careful Captain, that's my sister, commenting below!

Sandi: You mean the vest that shall never be spoken of or seen again?

Kirby: Chi Chi Rodriguez! Ha ha ha! She always did the sword fight move in the kitchen with the carving knife!

    Teri: These scars are deep...

  7. Sans: What did you fly? I would love to chat sometime about your service days.

  8. That is the best kind of awesome right there, even the dog looked away so as not to pull focus. Love it.

Bing Crosby! At least your mom put a hat on you. My mom let me baldness be recorded for the ages.

  10. Dale: Our dog just wanted out of the shot!

Suze: All I needed was a pipe.

  11. You are a brave man. All of those kinds of pictures have slowly disappeared from my folks house. NEVER to be seen again.

  12. I like your sister restraining your wrist with what appears to be a "don't even think about putting your finger up your nose." hold.

I like the hat and the very preppy patch on your jacket. all 3 of you were looked very snappy in your attire

  13. Raven: If I ever stumble across any of them I am going to use them against you!

Cheer: I was probably hitting her with that arm. The patch I believe is a swanky yacht club patch...

  14. Old family photos are always hilarious. Unfortunately, my parents treated me like Stalin and have cut me out of all of them.

  15. Bring back fancy Easter hats!

  16. Pistols: Did they paste in a different kid? That's what would have really smarted.

GB: With live animals in them!

  17. SkylersDad, I meant at the same age you are in the photograph, I had a surplus WW2 flying helmet. I have never served. I did fly around the schoolyard oftem though!

  18. Brilliant! In your Easter best out on the town with the ladies I see - who each have strapped brain matter to their lapels or are sporting giant mum corsages.

  19. That picture is so beautiful. Really.

Mona looks beautiful. Sandi does, too. Skydad... you were a long, long way from the club, dude! Still, you were a wonderful son. Bravo.
