I ask you, is this the face of crazy?

There are those stories you hear where somebody kills someone and the neighbors invariably say things like "He seemed like such a nice guy", or "He was such a good person, never suspected a thing".

And then there is this guy, where I am sure all the neighbors are saying,
"You're damn right he's guilty. Guilty of something at least, dude was bat-shit crazy if you ask me!"
