I am seemingly a collection of differences; a mountain man living on the plains, a small town boy living in the city, and a simple soul working in a high-tech environment. I love being outside, but work inside, quick to cry at a Kodak commercial, but with a military background. But most of all, I am the father of a wonderful boy with Cerebral Palsy.
well, gee, why'd ya' throw the tennis ball into th' mud if you didn't want him to go an' git it?! Dogs an' lil' boys...
ReplyDeleteUh, do you HAVE mud at your place right now? I thought everything was froz o'er??
That look is so...doggy. I love it.
ReplyDeleteI love that! <---dog person
ReplyDeleteHow much is the mud going for?
ReplyDeleteGive me the ball. Give me the ball. Give me the ball. The ball...
ReplyDeleteHL: we have such wide swings in temp around here we get it all.
ReplyDeleteBubs and Leonesse: I am such a dog person also!
Dale: to pick up or you want that delivered?
GKL: Ahhh, so you know the typical dog mind...
That is why I have a ball picker upper, at least with that handy device I do not have to touch the muddy, slimed, rolled in poop ball in order to throw the ball for my dog. My dogs have me trained very well, I throw on command.
ReplyDeleteI just sent you a picture you can REALLY use! heh.
ReplyDeleteI'm listening to the audio version of "Travels with Charley" by Steinbeck, in which he takesa 3/4 ton truck with camper back and his standard bloo poodle, Charley, and tours America.
I saw a camper today in a parking lot for $8,000 and I felt the life in me rise for the first time in almost a year or more. Ooooh! Escape!!
tell U what-- if you go halfsies with me, I'll drive out and get U and one of your pooches and we'll REALLY generate some blogfodder!!
