Photo Challenge, Day 8. The final day.
Barbara over at the always awesome Bad Tempered Zombie has challenged us to post a photo a day that hints at having a story to tell. This is the last pairing of dogs we have had over the years. And is our current set of pooches. Thanks for looking in, and thanks for the challenge Barbara!
I don't know if you've ever heard this, but "Puff, the Magic Dragon" may have been a clever double entendre referencing drugs.
ReplyDeletePeter Yarrow performed at the opening convocation in my old school district one year, and performed that song.
ReplyDeleteIt was weird-- there was a big split with people; all of us 40 and over were thrilled that he was there, and sang every word of every old Peter, Paul and Mary song he played. And the under-40's had no idea who he was. The funny thing was that the over-40's were incredibly diverse politically. There was something about those guys that brought people together, and still does.
